Less than a year ago, Wasted Grain reopened with a gorgeous remodel and unveiling of Old Town’s only champagne lounge and nightclub, Bubble Room. Still an expansive interior, but now with a sleek new look. Wasted Grain offers an updated menu beyond your typical bar food and the most unique brunch in town serving cereal stuffed pancakes that are worth splurging on. The open-air 3,000 sq. ft garden is dog-friendly with ample comfortable seating, foliage wall, oversized games, and a very Instagram-worthy bubble wing mural for the ultimate photo op. Elevated above Wasted Grain, on the second level, is Bubble Room featuring rotating DJs and offering the finest VIP experience. With 21 champagnes and a full bar, Bubble Room is perfect for a night out on the town.

Wasted Grain proudly still showcases local and national live bands every Friday and Saturday night along with hosting fun activities such as cocktails and canvas, trivia, lip sync battles, and more throughout the week.

Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday starting at noon in the summer and opens as early at 8:00a in season featuring bottomless mimosas, rose pancakes, and other epic brunch bites.
